Getting the size right
Size by the chest, not by breed or weight. Measure around the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs, with your dog standing up on all four legs.
If your measurement falls between two sizes, take the larger one. Sizes are measured by hand at the factory and can vary by 1–2 cm.
Why a harness rather than a collar
For a small dog or a puppy that pulls, a harness moves the load off the neck. A collar is still the right place for identification — the two do different jobs, and most dogs wear both.

How tight should it be?
Snug enough that it cannot slip over the head or shoulders, loose enough that your dog breathes and moves freely. Two fingers underneath is the usual check.
Is the lead included?
Yes — it is sold as a harness-and-lead set, so the matching lead comes with it.
Can I use it in the car?
Please do not. We make no vehicle-restraint claim for it. Use a car restraint designed and tested for that job.
