Shipping Policy
Made to order
Every collar is laser-engraved to order — we don't hold pre-made stock. Once your order is placed, production (engraving and quality check) takes 1–3 business days.
Delivery times
After production, your collar ships with tracked delivery:
- Australia: 7–13 business days.
- International: delivery times vary by destination and can take longer than the Australian estimate above, particularly outside major metro areas or during customs processing. If you need a firm estimate for your country before ordering, contact us via our Contact page.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you complete payment.
Delays
Occasionally, orders are delayed by factors outside our control — customs processing, peak seasonal periods (such as the December holidays), or carrier disruptions. We'll do our best to flag any known delays, and you're always welcome to check in via our Contact page using your order number.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not able to redirect a package once it has been handed to the carrier. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
