How do I choose the right size?
Measure around the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs, with your dog standing on all four legs. Read that against the chest ranges in the size guide — weight and breed are a cross-check, not the answer. Between two ranges, take the larger one.
What if I make a mistake in the name?
Check it before you check out — the patch is made exactly as you type it. If you spot a mistake straight after ordering, email us immediately: production starts within a day, so we can often still catch it.
Can I return a personalised harness?
A patch made with your dog's name cannot be resold, so personalised pieces sit outside the ordinary change-of-mind return. If one arrives faulty, or we have made it wrong, we replace it. Our full terms are in the Refund Policy.
Is a lead included?
No — this is one harness. The lead is bought separately, or comes as part of a Sutton & Hide set.
What should I check before a walk?
The buckle, the straps, the stitching, the lead ring and the fit. It should stay secure without restricting normal breathing or shoulder movement — and a harness that fitted in winter may not fit the same dog in summer.
