These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sutton & Hide website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and personalisation

Our collars are made to order and personalised with the name and phone number you provide at checkout. You are responsible for checking the spelling and accuracy of the text you submit — use the live engraving preview on the product page to confirm it before adding to cart. Once production has started, personalised text cannot be changed.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Prices displayed in currencies other than AUD are estimates based on current exchange rates and may vary slightly from the amount charged. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Order acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfil the order, in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping and risk

Shipping timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

5. Refunds and returns

Refunds, remakes and returns are handled under our Refund Policy, which sets out your rights including those that apply under the Australian Consumer Law and cannot be excluded.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Sutton & Hide and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sutton & Hide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If you are shopping from outside Australia, mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country that cannot be excluded by agreement will also apply to the extent they provide you with greater protection.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that order.
