These Terms of Service govern use of the Sutton & Hide website and purchases from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Products, variants and personalisation

Read the product page and selected variant carefully before ordering. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Personalised products are made using the text, size and colour submitted with the order, so you are responsible for checking those details before checkout. We do not add a feature, accessory or pack component unless it is stated in the selected variant or product description.

2. Pricing and payment

Store prices and checkout totals are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, discounts and shipping charges are displayed at checkout where applicable. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.

3. Order acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order where information is incomplete, payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, fulfilment is not possible or a pricing or technical error has occurred. If we cancel after payment, the appropriate refund will be issued.

4. Shipping

Current availability, processing information and delivery conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Products in one order may be dispatched separately.

5. Refunds and consumer guarantees

Change-of-mind conditions and remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are described in our Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

6. Product use and safety

Use every item only for its intended purpose and follow the care, sizing and safety information on the product page. Supervise toys and feeding accessories where stated, inspect wear items regularly, and replace damaged equipment. No product is described as crash-tested or certified for vehicle restraint unless that claim appears with supporting information on its page.

7. Intellectual property

The Sutton & Hide name, branding, website copy, graphics and original content may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission, except where permitted by law.

8. Third-party services

The store may use third-party providers for payments, delivery, analytics and other functions. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sutton & Hide is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
